what a stunning class and an absolute pleasure and a nightmare to judge with such depth in quality throught the breeds.
1st: 952 WELBOURN, Miss N Ch Delcost Centrefold

Maltese. absolute quality in such a well presented package, she is the ultimate of showgirls. so typy and correct, she has such a beautiful feminine expression, her muzzle to skull ratio, is for me, perfect. she has such beautiful eyes, dark and with correct pigment, her bite is perfect.  as I look at her picture taken on the day whilst writing this, her expression absolutely melts me, she is an ideal size and displays such femininity in outlook. he front assembly is spot on with well laid shoulders and a super return of upper arm, elbows held close to her chest and she has a beautiful front, good forechest and neat feet with black pads, her neck is good and flows into a level topline, she is well ribbed and short coupled, giving a cobby appearance yet with an elegance all through. good rear angulation corresponds with the front and lends a total and natural balance , she moves so proudly and is in total harmony with her handler who has presented that ice white coat to perfection with every hair accounted for and in place. 
2nd: 227 LOVEL, Mr P Ch Lovetrac Theodora

CKCS, stunning blenheim girl, so pretty with a gloriously soft expression, achieved by those beautiful large eyes you could just fall into like dark pools, she has an excellent muzzle and good fill under eyes, her skull is flat and her ears are well set, of good length and well feathered almost framing that beautiful head piece., in profile she cuts a clean outline with her lovely neck and shoulder, forechest and super front with well feathered feet. she is well ribbed back and and she is short coupled, her rear is firm and strong with a nice bum, paralell back legs which have a good turn of stifle and a well set, well feathered tail, carried out as a continuation of her backline on the move, wagging as she goes. she returns to a foot perfect stand and gives her all to her owner who she clearly adores. sound and true all ways and finally presented expertly with in ice white and rich chestnut red coat.
3rd: 1221 ROBB, Mrs I & ROBB, Mr Glenn Ch Gleniren All Eyes On Me

POM, small and ultra feminine, she is foxy in outlook and such a cheeky girl, she knows she's special, was pleased to watch her go best in show later and interestingly 3 of my top 5 here were featured in the best in show 4.

anyway she has a wicked dark eye, small well set ears and a good muzzle to skull ratio, short neck and with good ribs and short couplings makes an ideal shape and outline, excellent rear and a tail set high and profusely coated and spread over her back. her body coat is excellent and of correct texture and once again, expertly presented to get the absolute best from her. light, free and buoyant, she owns the ring.

YORKSHIRE TERRIER, quality all through, good size and outlook here, making a clean shape, so well made and sturdy, a true terrier underneath that glamourous coat, which was a beautiful  colour with rich tan and blue where desired and cold to the touch. presented to perfection and moved at the correct speed to accentuate the qualities.

KCS, tri boy with a lovely masculine head, he has a dark eye and soft expression, a good turn up, well placed nose and good padding of muzzle.

he is firm, well made and has good bone, he is well ribbed with a good chest and a firm topline which he keeps on the move. firm hind quarters and a paralell rear, his tail is set well and carried sensibly out. moving well and returning to an accurate footfall. a lovely toy spaniel.
