Judging:

I would like to thank the Welsh Kennel Club for the invitation and to the exhibitors for entering their lovely hounds under me. I've been looking forward to this appointment for a long while as I was originally supposed to judge in 2020. It was certainly worth the wait. 

Class 1711 VD (1 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 3535 SAWYER, Ms H Jaxx Teller At Stonelow, blue and white 9 year old male, good head with oval eye, rose shaped ears, moderate neck into shoulder, moderate balanced angulation front and rear, straight forelegs, deep chest, flank cut up with slight arch to loin, tail long and low set. BVD.

Class 1712 PD (1 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 3530 HOWLETT, Mrs Michaela Jane & BOGGIA, Miss Clare Rubicon's Don't Stop Believing (Imp USA) (Imp USA), red brindle and white 8 month old male, only young and still alot more to come, has a lovely head with chiselling, oval eye, scissor bite, small rose shaped ears, long neck into well laid shoulder, good front assembly, straight forelegs with slight spring, deep chest, flank well cut up with slight arch to loin, balanced angulation front and rear, low set long tail, low reaching movement. BPIB.

1st: 3527 HARRISON-STRATFORD, Mrs Kerry Southpoint Niemeyer at Highwick (Imp Prt), 16 month red male who I have never seen before, presented a nice shape on the stack, good length to his head with chiselling and slight stop, dark oval eye, small rose shaped ears, good length of neck into well laid shoulder, good balanced angulation front and rear, good forechest, elbows well set under, deep chest, straight forelegs with slight spring to pastern, flank well cut up with slight arch to loin, well bent stifle, well knuckled toes, long tail set on low, moved with a low reaching free stride. 2nd: 3536 WILCE QUINTON, Mrs & Mr Jacquie & James Azravi's Marked By The Sunrise At Kirjojax Imp Nor, playful 13 month old, good head and rose shaped ears, long neck into shoulder, I would prefer more angulation to front and fill, good depth of chest, straight forelegs, well bent stifle, flank well cut up, tail long and set on low.

1st: 3522 BOGGIA, Ms Clare Ch & DK Ch Fionn Clann Lucullus for Boughton (Imp), blue brindle 4 year old male, long chiselled head with slight stop, oval eyes, scissor bite, small rose shaped ears, good pigmentation, long neck into well laid shoulder, good forechest, elbows well set under, straight forelegs with slight spring to pastern, good angulation front and rear, deep chest, ribs well sprung, flank well cut up with slight arch to loin, stifles well bent, tail set on low, moved with a low reaching stride. RCC.

1st: 3524 CUTTER, Miss J M & LUBIN, Mr H Ch Zoraden My Girl At Chosovi, two lovely 7 year old litter sisters in this class, the ultimate winner was the red brindle bitch, feminine all through, beautiful head with dark oval eye, scissor bite, small rose shaped ears, good length of neck elegantly arched into well laid shoulders, good balanced angulations front and rear, good forechest, elbows well set under, straight forelegs with slight spring to pastern, deep chest, ribs well sprung, flank well cut up with slight arch to loin, well bent stifles, well knuckled toes, low set long tail, moved with a free low reaching movement. BVB, BVIB, pleased to watch her win Veteran Group 2.
2nd: 3528 HILLS, Mrs Carole & HILLS, Miss Maria Zoraden Your Precious Love at Shimmeree, silver brindle bitch, very feminine, good head and oval eye, scissor bite, small rose shaped ears, good length of neck into well laid shoulder, good front assembly, balanced angulation front and rear, deep chest, well ribbed, flank well cut up with slight arch to loin, long tail low set, moved with low reaching strides.

1st: 3531 KOULERMOU, Ms Ina & KNAUBER, Mr Olaf Ina's Fashion Famous, another new one to me, this beautiful red bitch is only 2 years old and so much to come from her in the future, she has the shape I was looking for (very similar to my open winner), feminine head, long and well chiselled, dark oval eye, scissor bite, rose shaped ears, long neck elegantly arched into well laid shoulders, good front assembly, elbows well set under, good forechest, balanced angulation front and rear, straight forelegs with slight spring to pastern, deep chest, capacious body, ribs deep and well sprung, flank well cut up with slight arch to loin, back rather long, broad and square, well bent stifles, powerful hindquarters, long tail low set, compact feet, well knuckled toes, true on the move with low reaching strides covering the ground. RCC. 
2nd: 3525 CUTTER, Miss J M & LUBIN, Mr H Ina's Fashion Finest of Chosovi (Imp) Deu, brindle bitch, litter sister to the winner, again a nice feminine bitch who presents a lovely shape on the stack, good head with dark oval eye, scissor bite, small rose shaped ears, good length of neck into well laid shoulders, good balanced angulation front and rear, straight forelegs with slight spring to pastern, deep chest, capacious body, flank well cut up with slight arch to loin, long tail set on low, true on the move with low reaching strides showing reach and drive.
3rd: 3526 HARRISON-STRATFORD, Mrs Kerry Southpoint Lady Loki at Highwick (Imp Prt)

1st: 3534 NEWSHAM, Mrs Elaine Ch Europa Decuma via Windspiel (Cze Imp), 6 year old feminine red bitch, how to describe her, one word, stunning, she has everything that I was looking for. She presented a beautiful shape on the stack, strongly built of generous proportions, long chiselled head with dark oval eye, good pigmentation, scissor bite, long muscular elegantly arched neck into well laid shoulders, forelegs straight of good bone with slight spring to pastern, good front assembly, good forechest, deep chest, capacious body, good spring of rib, flank well cut up, back rather long, broad and square, powerful loin with slight arch, powerful hindquarters, stifles well bent, hocks well let down, long tail set on low, compact feet, well knuckled toes, true on the move with low reaching strides, used her angulation showing reach and drive. 2nd: 3532 KOULERMOU, Ms Ina & KNAUBER, Mr Olaf Int Ch Multi Ina's Fashion Deluxe, red bitch, abit of a taller bitch than my winner but again strongly built showing generous proportions, good long chiselled head with dark oval eye, slight stop, small rose shaped ears, long strong muscular neck into well laid shoulders, good front assembly with balanced angulations front and rear, forelegs straight with slight spring to pastern, deep chest, capacious body, flank well cut up with slight arch to loin, well bent stifles, powerful hindquarters, compact feet, well knuckled toes, long tail, set on low, true on the move with low reaching strides showing great reach and drive.
