Judging:

Firstly I would like to thank my stewards for doing such an efficient job, and the exhibitors for such a good entry, this was a lockdown appointment that has come three years later than originally planned. The quality of the dogs was very mixed and I do feel that there was not the depth of quality we had last time I judged . The thing that surprised me most was how narrow and lacking in body some were. The standard says sturdy in appearance and asks for a compact powerful body. Fronts still need watching, rear ends on the whole were good, as were feet. I did also  find a number of weak underjaws, and mouths do need watching. Teeth should be strong , healthy and evenly spaced, combined with the correct bite. Movement was mixed, and the tendency  of some dogs to overreach is quite apparent. However I was pleased with the overall quality of my winners.

Masculine W/S, nice head & expression, correct bite, good reach of neck &  shoulder placement, well proportioned body, strong well angulated hindquarters. Excellent bone & feet. sound positive mover.

2nd Palmer, Gemaras Rocket Man

Smart BLK/W who was giving his handler a hard time. Nice head & expression, lovely outline, good bone & feet. Just needs to settle on the move to make the most of himself.

Lovely compact S/W, super head & typical TT expression, well proportioned body, strong well angulated hindquarters, good bone & feet, sound positive mover. B.P

2nd Thomas, Kelmorespitz Finding Magic

Masculine S/W, nice head & expression, not as compact & balanced as 1, moved out & showed well. Could have better dentition.

1st Davies Waterley Heartbreaker

Very striking masculine BLK/W, shown in excellent coat & condition, lovely head & expression, correct bite, dark eye, good reach of neck, well proportioned body, strong well angulated hindquarters, good bone & feet, strode round the ring like he owned it, a real showman.

2nd Draper-Andrews Lasang As Good as He Looks

Lovely BLK, who unfortunately wasn't giving his best today, nice head & expression, dark eye, correct bite, good reach of neck, well constructed front, compact powerful body,  well made hindquarters.

Masculine BLK/W parti, with beautifully proportioned head & true TT expression, good arch of neck, strong body, powerful well made hindquarters which he uses to drive himself around the ring.

2nd Rudderham, Dejaru Masquerade JW

Well balanced black of correct proportions, shown in excellent coat & condition, excellent mover. Just prefered the head of 1.

Masculine well balanced S/W of correct proportions, lovely typical head, dark eye, super outline. Sound easy mover without exaggeration.

2nd Laffling, Araki Secret Loverboy at Taxiki

Beautifully presented S/W who was in full bloom, nice head & expression, well balanced body, excellent coat, moved out & showed well. Pushed hard for first place, could have a better return of upperarm.

A very well made mature masculine boy, lovely head & expression, dark eye, good reach of neck, he had the best front in the class, strong well proportioned body, well made hindquarters, he has excellent sound typical movement without exaggeration. Shown in excellent coat & condition. C.C & B.O.B

Lovely BLK/G, who today was unlucky to meet 1 on such top form. He has a beautiful head of correct proportions, nice strong underjaw. Perfectly balanced body of correct proportions, sound positive mover, just lacked the finish today.

1st Erskine-Jones & Guy Unohoo Magic Maddie [naf,taf]

This young lady commands attention the moment she enters the ring, she is full of confidence & oozes true TT character. Head of correct proportions, dark eye, enough neck, good shoulder placement, well ribbed back, short loin, well made hindquarters, good bone & feet. She is perfectly balanced holding her shape at all times. Sound true mover, very promising.

2nd Andrews, Lasang Fabulous Fanny

Very well put together balanced BLK/W pup of correct size, lovely head & expression, enough neck, good shoulder placement, well ribbed up, short loin, well made hindquarters. Just needs to settle on the move and gain confidence.

Attractive sable, nice head & expression, correct front construction, well made body, strong hindquarters, excellent coat, good bone & feet. Moved soundly with reach & drive.

Very smart, well presented BLK/W with pleasing head & expression, good body for age, moved out & showed well. Prefered topline of 1.

2nd Plummer & Bingham Araki Krazie Maizie for Tetsikarma

I see she is litter sister to 1 & much the same applies, she is beautifully presented, with excellent sound free flowing movement.

Very eyecatching BLK/W shown in excellent coat & condition, she is very feminine, pleasing head of correct proportions, dark eye, good reach of neck, well placed shoulder, compact well proportioned body, well made hindquarters. Excellent outline which she keeps at all times. For me just needs to mature in body.

2nd Green Verony Danish Romance

A really typical BLK/W with a beautiful head & resolute expression, dark eye, good reach of neck, well placed shoulder, compact body, well angulated hindquarters, low set hock.

BLK/TAN who was so close up to 1 with many of the same attributes, excellent outline & balance which she keeps on the move. Just needs to mature in body, excellent mover.

2nd Green, Verony Like a Charm JW

BLK/G with beautiful head, resolute expression, good reach of neck, nice spring of rib, good depth of chest, short loin. Good turn of stifle, low set hock. Sound positive mover. Just not quite the finish of 1.

Lovely feminine S/W in full mature coat of correct texture, well  proportioned head, dark eye, good reach of neck flowing into well laid shoulder, well ribbed up, short loin, good depth of chest, compact body, well angulated hindquarters. She is perfectly balanced front & rear with a good topline & tailset. She has sound free flowing sound  movement holding her shape & topline at all times.CC

Slightly taller BLK of correct proportions, nice head & expression, dark eye. Lovely outline, in full coat. Moved around the ring covering ground with ease holding her shape perfectly at all times.

11 year BLK/W who is good for size & very well put together, head of correct proportions, dark eye, compact body, perfectly square. Sound mover.

8 year BLK/W, lovely typical head & expression, dark eye. Good reach of neck, well placed shoulder, level topline, well angulated hindquarters but was not interested in moving today.
