Exceptional dog which oozes quality. Typical schnauzer alert expression, with a keen eye and neat ears. Stallion like carriage, with a superb arched neck into a great front. Firm topline and strong rear. Beautifully balanced which really showed on the move, giving good reach and drive and yet still maintaining the perfect up and back. CC, BOB

Black & Silver, smaller and slightly plainer in type, but sound throughout. I particularly liked his neck and shoulders, balanced with a moderate rear. This balance really showed in his movement, which was clean in all directions.
2nd: 358 COCKERHAM, Mrs Maria & COCKERHAM, Mr Stephen Yakuza King Of My Heart
Masculine dog with an exceptional head of great length, a dark eye and neat ears. He has a slightly higher shoulder than 1, with a firm topline and really lovely rear angulation. Moved well.

A very nice class, where the placing could swap on another day
1st: 365 HOOD, Mrs J Starbound Satchmo
A real stallion of a dog, with plenty of bone and rib. Super head, with a keen alert expression, level head plains, a dark eye and neat ears. Well placed shoulder, balanced with a strong rear. Really impressive side gait and very neat on the up and back. RCC
2nd: 373 PARKER, Miss L V & MCDONALD, Mr J Violis Wait N'see Shcex
Smaller compact dog, slightly plainer in type, but quality throughout. Very balanced picture with good shoulders and well angulated rear. Honest, moderate sidegait and straight coming towards and moving away.

What a pleasure to see a veteran Miniature Schnauzer in ring, when we know how much work it is to keep them in coat. Looking grand for his age. Fantastic length of head, dark eye and neat ears. Firm topline and strong rear. Impressive side gait. BV

This bitch took my eye as she walked into the ring. Feminine throughout, but with bone and rib expected in this breed. Superb clean well laid shoulders, balanced with a nicely angulated rear. This balance really shows on the move, where she kept her shape throughout. Moved beautifully in all directions.
2nd: 360 COPPER, Miss Rebecca Alexandra Violis Poetic Haiku For Copellastar
Beautiful head, with level plains, dark eye and neat ears. She is balanced in front and rear, but she didn't quite have the shoulder placement or the rear angulation of the winner.

A bitch that I have often admired from the ringside. Unfortunately, she wasn't her best today, so didn't really push in the CC challenge. Somewhat heavy in front, which ultimately affected the picture on the move. A shame, although I am sure that she'll be back on form soon.
2nd: 375 SMITH, Mr Martin Violaceous Greatest Day
Nice honest type, which pushed one hard. Everything to like and with some tweaking in presentation could do very well.

Moderate type. Head of good length with neat ears. Great rib and bone, firm topline and strong rear. Good reach and drive.
2nd: 354 BIALA, Miss Angelika Spirited Away Zlowieszcza Lalka
Feminine girl. Slightly higher shoulder with a firm topline and very nice rear angulation. Not quite the rib of the winner, which may come in time. Coat coming.

This bitch has the most beautiful clean front assembly, matched with a perfectly balanced rear. She really is effortless on the move, maintaining her shape throughout. There is no exaggeration - just quality. Very impressive. It was splitting hairs for the CC.
2nd: 362 FONES, Mrs/Mr S A & J P Nikisan Tater O'neal At Riveltofs
This bitch has to be one of the prettiest in the ring. So feminine and beautifully presented. Balanced throughout and she moved really well today. It's a shame she was up against the winner. Pushed one hard.

Another sound, quality bitch from this kennel. Heavier in type and possibly not as feminine as the ticket winners. However, everything to like. Good balance, structure and movement. Pushed and considered for the CC.
2nd: 351 BELL, Miss W J Glockens Kryptonite Jw
Feminine type, in great coat. Good neck, into well placed shoulders and a firm topline. Balanced rear. Good reach and drive.
