A sincere thank you to the committee of the National for their very warm welcome. 

A very Heart felt thank you to all exhibitors and their dogs, on this very Special  personal appointment to judge our special breed.

 Congratulations to all class winners, and very special congratulations to my final principle winners resulting in an exciting final lap of honour, I was thrilled to hear my dog ticket winner went on to gain his third crowning ticket at the BIS show the same day loved and owned by Mr Ian Sladden and bred by Mrs Philippa Cotterel.

1st Kestin’s Talyfan Affogato.

Compact strong boned chestnut two year old boy.

Well lay back in shoulder, an excellent spring of rib and deep chest. Kind, gentle, soft expression. 

Correct coat colour of a chestnut, ‘monks cloak’ finished with a super metallic sheen.

Steady on the move with plenty of reach and whilst maintaining his top line.

2nd Northey’s Jakobstown One Fine Day

3 year old O/W, clean balanced lines, strong front, good bend of stifle. Well defined chiselling below correct eye colour, foreface has good width with a deep gently arched muzzle defining a typical Bracchi head outline.

Long deep strides covering the ground well.  Still at the grow and fill stage,  but once fully bodied up, this boy will turn heads.

1ST Groves & Pipes Bushwacker Don Juan.

A very mature 10 months O/W deep chested, top of elbows in direct line with the point of shoulder which are well laid back and wide in-between.

Great oval bone that carried him stomping with power and presence around the ring.

2nd Dearne’s Woodlandblue Fernando 

11 month old chestnut slower in maturation than 1st but does not defelect from a youngster with promising attributes.  Excellent rear and front angulation,  a soft, gentle expression.  Steady on the move, maintaining his topline.

Warbuton’s Owlspoint Loads of Trouble JW

Compact, well boned and bodied 15 months O/W.

Typical Bracco head, balanced foreface with good eye expression, clear divergence of muzzle and skull.

Moved with purpose, good reach and drive.

A very striking, eye catching, promising young boy.

Super balanced 21/2 O/W. Excellent front and rear angulation, deep chested, good spring of rib. 

Strong on the move covering the ground with ease and style.

2nd Beecham’s Gunsyn Hotrod @ Rydonmist JW

Another well balanced 23 month O/W. Very striking on the move, maintaining his topline and still has his puppy rolls along well laid back shoulders.

A very striking 2 year old O/W. Has a true Bracco Italiano head, excellent bone density, strong and oval. Desired topline leading to correct tail set. A little loose on the move but plenty of reach and drive.

2nd Dodd’s Silvestra Golden Dragon

Another lovely boy, 2 ½ years old W/O.  Kind, gentle expression, eyes oval and correct colour for coat colouring. Exact front and rear angulation enabling a good strong reach complimented with powerful rear drive.

1st Sladden’s Valcor The Confessor @ Canemamans JW DCC

A very mature 2 years old W/O striking boy. In profile, a true almost square outline, strong, oval bone. A soft but masculine expression, correct eye shape, colour and plenty of chiselling below. Moved gracefully and flowed along with ease with drive and fluidity in synchronisation with his owner.

2nd Sanderson’s Owlspoint Trouble Again JW

Super big boned almost 6 years old chestnut. Showing a beautiful monks cloak colouring with the perfect glossy metallic sheen. Muzzle well defined with a gentle curve, a great spongy large nose. Well laid back shoulders,  point of shoulder in direct line with the elbow. Good powerful mover covering the ground with style.

An awful lot to like about this 7 and a half years old O/W boy. Stands proud, shown in excellent condition. Such a pleasing, gentle expression with typical Bracchi characteristics.  Correct topline and tailstock, moved with strength, style and a perfect il-trot.

2nd Beecham’s Grafskoe Gnezdo Arlo (Imp R)

Eye catching, striking 7 years old O/W, such a lovely, kind expression.  Striding out with great drive covering the ground efficiently and with style. Unfortunate to meet 1st  this boy has so much to give and will have many glory days in veteran.

O/W 20 months, in the last throes of a phantom which did not detract from her outline. Feminine with a good strong moderate length of neck flowing to well laid back shoulders. Steady on the move with reach and a strong rear drive.

2nd Kestin’s Mamma Mia @ Talyfan.

Pretty and feminine 11 months Chestnut.  In great condition but lacks maturity. Very steady on the move with grace and style.

This 4 years old O/roan bitch just really caught my eye when on the move collectively. 

Didn’t disappoint moving alone, great reach, drive making for an overall dynamic, fluid mover, handled to complement this with a good low, loose lead allowing her to move freely. BCC BOB

Pretty 2 year old O/roan. Well balanced and almost square in profile, very pretty,  feminine head. Moved with drive and sheer enthusiasm.

A pretty 5 years old O/Roan with good eye colour and chiselling beneath oval shaped eyes. Well placed shoulders, correct rear and fore angulation plus a good strong front, lovely skirt. Moved with a purpose and style around the ring with fluidity and flair.

2nd Pearson’s Swiss Ch Kelevra Covo Di Ladri JW

A balanced 3 years old O/Roan, good lay of shoulders with correct front and rear angulation. Steady on the move maintaining her topline.

A lovely Golden Oldie, 7 years old O/Roan. A very pretty girl, who moved around the ring with grace and style, good reach and drive with a maintained topline on the move. 

2nd Hartley’s Tybechgyn Lily FOR Jakobstown 

A more substantial O/Roan 8 and a half years old bitch. Sweet expression on this lovely Golden Oldie. A strong boned girl with real substance and in great condition allowing her to cover the ground with drive, ease and much enthusiasm.

A super, sunny day with some real quality dogs, great sporting exhibitors and very happy Bracchi.
