TIBETAN SPANIEL

This is a charming breed and I really enjoyed this quality entry. In fact, whilst many breeds are at a pont where they don’t have the depth of quality, I feel this breed does, congratulations to the breeders.

Class 1536 SBD (1 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 3224 CLOSE, Mrs Julia & CLOSE, Mr Dave Velrok King Silver with Arikara. 3 year old honest, soundly made dog. He has an appealing, head dark well placed eye , cushioned foreface, with width to jaw. Neck flows through firm body of correct proportions to decent tail set. Well presented in lovely coat. Moved with style.  BSB.


Class 1537 MPD (1 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 3251 GILLING, Miss D Talocan Heart of Eternity.6 month ,new out, with charming personality and handled gently . Clean, healthy with decent balance . He was in good body, just right for age . He went with pleasing attitude .

Class 1538 PD (5 Entries) Abs: 1
1st: 3282 PROUVE, Mr L & MORAN, Mr A Castafiore Invictus.Masculine and very stylish and confident. Lovely expression from dark eye .masculine clean head with good balance and correct stop to strong muzzle not too long with width to underjaw .Neck has carriage and flows through well laid shoulder ,neat elbows from correct upper arm .Firm topline ,developed body to well placed and used tail. In super condition and full silky topcoat. Lively true  mover .   BP.
2nd: 3227 COLLETT, Mrs Jennifer & COLLETT, Mr Edward Velrok Ringing Gold. Touch shorter  narrower foreface . Well proportioned body with firm back and good balance. Soundly put together ,therefore he goes with good foot placement. Well turned out . 
3rd: 3225 CLOSE, Mrs Julia & CLOSE, Mr Dave Velrok Royal Gold with Arikara

Class 1539 JD (3 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 3281 PROUVE, Mr L & MORAN, Mr A Xaramae Image (Imp Fin) – This 17 month dog came into the ring and owned it. He has so much presence and such a typical outline. Super head, not overdone but masculine. He looks back at you with an self-assured gaze ,correct stop and plush foreface with good underjaw. So balanced and well constructed. He goes with firm outline and foot placement. Immaculate presentation. RCC
2nd: 3262 KEEPENCE, Mr A R & KEYTE, Miss A P Oldcharm Peaky Love For Alandobel. Not quite the carriage of the winner, but a clean healthy dog . He was presented in first class order and handled well. Lovely temperament. 
3rd: 3275 O'CONNOR, Miss Elise Kathleen Susu Rewrite The Stars


Class 1540 YD (4 Entries) Abs: 1. Each here had appeal. 1st: 3299 STEED, Mr L & STEED, Mrs A E Gianni Its Eli. Typical head on this well balanced dog, with well placed eye ,stop and filled muzzle. He flows through his firm neck ,has a positive forehand , good ribbing and short filled loin. Tail on top and used to show what a happy chap he is. Well turned out in silky top coat.  
2nd: 3270 MCLEAN, Mrs Avril Glencoul Magical Dust.21 month dog of lovely type and quality. He has type and is soundly made, perhaps not quite the finish of the winner today. Each of these 3 performed with character and positive action.

1st: 3262 KEEPENCE, Mr A R & KEYTE, Miss A P Oldcharm Peaky Love For Alandobel. Repeat. 
2nd: 3245 EMERY, Mrs Erica OLDCHARM SAVE MY LOVE.This young dog is sound and honest. He is of decent proportions and well presented .
3rd: 3251 GILLING, Miss D Talocan Heart of Eternity

 Class 1542 GD (2 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 3231 COOPER, Miss C & O'BRIEN, Miss Elizabeth SUSU MORE THAN A PRINCE. He lovely balance to his head with a charming expression. Has carriage of neck,  firm topline and stand on good legs and feet. Good shoulders,spring of rib to short wide loin. Turned out well. He worked with handler and goes round as smart as paint. 
2nd: 3249 GILLING, Miss D Kentwone Epsilon of Talocan. He was a happy dog that made me smile . A touch steep in blade .He has body and good ribbing. Not totally composed on the grass today, but did enough for me to see that he deserved his place.

Class 1543 PGD (4 Entries) Abs: 1
1st: 3224 CLOSE, Mrs Julia & CLOSE, Mr Dave Velrok King Silver with Arikara. Repeat. 
2nd: 3252 HARFORD, Mrs Andrea & HARFORD, Mr Michael MENNIMOONZ DRAGON FLY. He has attribes that he displays, therefore lots to like . Pleasing head and outlook .Clean ,healthy ,a touch steep in shoulder . He goes round nicely ,sometimes a touch wide behind .Well presented in good body and coat. 
3rd: 3249 GILLING, Miss D Kentwone Epsilon of Talocan

Class 1544 LD (8 Entries) Abs: 1. Pleasing line up. 
1st: 3273 MORTON, Mrs L M Linsdown Karib - . Loved the head on this one ,has gently rounded skull,dark expressive eye and attentive ear . Good fall of neck through well placed shoulder and return of upper arm ,allowing neat elbow. Really well proportioned and solid back line. He was just right for condition and muscle. Immaculate coat and he never lost his shape. Lively accurate mover working with handler to advantage . CC & BoB. 
2nd: 3226 CLOVER, Mrs A Chenrezi No Ordinary Love. Again, lively ,active and fit .Clean typical to go over, balance shapely head ,ending at plush muzzle and width of underjaw. He has decent body and uses himself on the move as if he means it .

Class 1545 OD (9 Entries) Abs: 1. What a lovely class, performance helped the placings. 
1st: 3240 DAVIES, Ms Carol Ann Ch Bowcara Be My Guest JW. 4 years with quality and eyecatching typical outline. He is masculine ,but not overdone .Has such a typical outline ,correct bone and body proportions .Very well bodied and muscle. Just full of breed essentials. He cannot be overlooked ,it was probably the devil may care of the limit that won him the day ,but this one was in my thoughts .
2nd: 3216 BEVIS, Mrs P J Skyvana Empty Dreams of Starlance ShCEx. A close run thing between each in this class and this made it a pleasure to judge. This one has breed poits aplenty and personality plus ,which just snatched him his place.He has charm and holds it all together ,doing his job ,with his handler to advantage.

1st: 3217 BEVIS, Mrs P J Ch Souska Empty Room at Starlance JW Sh.CM VW. This 9 year old has a super disposition , which just had the affect of charming me .A super chap in super condition, shapely ,strong in outline and presented in gleaming coat. Went with style. 
2nd: 3218 BREEZE AND STYLES, Ms and Ms H Ch Paralde Little Bredy With Hilsar. 2 years ols and not giving it to the first easily, as he was bang on out to enjoy himself (and me). He is attentive to his owner, who has him in lovely order.A cedit to you and the breed. 


Class 1547 SBB (1 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 3256 HAVERCROFT, Mrs Alexa Tibbiestars Trinity.11 months and a bit overawed here today. She is pretty, has lovely dark well fitting eye and decent femininity throughout. Just not really happy to work the ring this day, but did get enough to give her this place.

Class 1548 MPB (2 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 3276 PILSBURY, Mr S & PILSBURY, Mrs J Saxtead Daisy Belle. 7 month very pretty ,cheeky youngster ,you look at her and she looks back from her dark well placed eye ,that just made me smile. Has a rounded skull good ears and a correct stop. Muzzle is plush with width of underjaw .She has proportions and type, is so lovely to go over ,sound and well presented. 
2nd: 3293 SHORT, Mrs L Malia Miss Dior . Feminine ,lovely skull, ear and eye. Just preferred muzzle of winner at the moment ,but nit picking and these two are going to be fitting it out. Both super type with good construction. Whilst both were a bit cheeky, I was pleased the handlers calmly reassured both. Both have much promise.

1st: 3307 WALLIS BAGA, Miss Barbara A & WALLIS BAGA, Miss Jo VELROK RAFINA. 10 month and she satisfied me throughout. She typifies the breed is feminine with plenty about her .Sound lively ,super presentation and does her job on the move with soundness and good deportment. 
2nd: 3298 SIMPER, Miss H J & SCOATES, Miss ELISABETH & SCOAT Clydum Country Lass. Smart with lot soundness, an honest bitch. She was turned out just right for body with muscular definition. Easy mover with positivity .Has lots of promise.

1st: 3211 ABERCROMBIE, Miss L Tibwood She Tells Our Story JW.Loved this feminine well built bitch with a classic head piece. Totally balanced and so well constructed .Presented in good body and coat .A grand ouline standing and personality dictates her positive lively action. 
2nd: 3250 GILLING, Miss D Princess Mulan Ilharess of Talocan (Imp Pol). Close up to winner ,in this quality class. Presenting a smart shape, typical of the breed .So good to lay hands on and turned out well. Working with handler and going well to take her place.  
3rd: 3257 HOLT, Miss Vicky & BANKS, Mr John Oldcharm Feel The Love At Bankholt

Class 1551 YB (6 Entries) Abs: 0. loving that there is so much quality in the breed ,especially the young ones, the future is good ,well done.  
1st: 3274 MORTON, Mrs L M Lindsown Jodha.Well this breeder has a good line ,it appears. This bitch emits quality and type and with the temperament knows how to demonstrate it. Not only is she really well constructed with balance, she has body ,muscle and a super coat.Stylish accurate mover. 
2nd: 3229 COOPER, Miss C & O'BRIEN, Miss Elizabeth Susu Parti Like A Rockstar. How sound and classy , another produced to a high standard . Lovely head with correct ear dark eye with inviting expression. Clean through her neck and forehand .Good legs and feet. Firm back with good tail set and carriage. 
3rd: 3235 COUGHTRIE, Mrs D & HENDRY, Mrs Caroline & PATERSON Tulibell Pure Intentions For Jazpiper

Absolutely fit with correct body and firm frame. She took it away in this class with her lively easy, ground cover on the move. 
2nd: 3296 SIMPER, Miss H J & SCOATES, Miss ELISABETH & SCOAT Clydum Here Comes Edna. Typy bitch she pleased in head ,neck flows through strong topline. Balance d both ends .allows easy movement .Well handled.

She has a typical silhouette and under her well prepared silky top coat and thick undercoat, is what I found in many today – a construction that depicts soundness and the breed. She also just had, that bit extra ,’the look at me, I’m  fabulous’, and I agree !CC.
2nd: 3297 SIMPER, Miss H J & SCOATES, Miss ELISABETH & SCOAT Clydum Rhapsody In Rhedd. In this good class ,this one had to be good and this was evident when she moved ,with accuracy and poise. Lovely to look at, excellent make and shape .A grand one.

2nd: 3292 SHORT, Mrs L Ch Malia Summer Memories .

Both fit the standard so well, have super heads, correct length to depth and stand on good legs and feet correct for the breed .They are sound with balance ,beautifully turned out and handled with confident approach to get the best out of these girls. 1 By a whisker 1st. just never let up .

2nd: 3234 COUGHTRIE, Mrs D Ch Tulibell Star Struck With Jazpiper JW Sh.CM. Couldn’t lever this pretty,smart fit bitch out. Very pretty with substance and has type in abundance. Credit to the owners in this class , the girls didn’t realise they were veterans.
