LEEDS CHAMPIONSHIP DOG SHOWMrs B BODLE
Judging: Hungarian Pumi, Pastoral Group
A small but quality entry here today so thank you for your entries.
PD (1) 1 Kirkwoods Bellpins Zigazigah At Yolstek a super confident 10th white dog who is still very much a puppy at heart. Square enough in outline and head developing nicely with high set tipped ears, medium length of neck into well laid shoulders, he stands well in front on straight fore legs and strong pasterns. Chest already to elbow with slight tuck up, He went forward well with the correct brisk movement but was just roaching his topline slightly on the move.

PGD (2,1) 1 Spendelows Samhaven Spectre At Uffspring 21 mth light grey well presented but coat just a little harsh to the touch in places, pleasing head with a good length of foreface tapering towards a well pigmented nose, slightly arched neck with a good lay of shoulder and firm level topline but could have a fraction more depth of chest, moderately angulated in the rear with short strong hocks. On the move he is quite light on his feet and carries himself well.
OD (2) 1 and BD Pike and Carters Breezelyn Ear Sumut Special 5yr medium sized black presented in a well prepared coat, he makes a very pleasing picture on the stack and scores in hind angulation which is moderate but shapely and supported with muscular thighs and strong hocks, head is long with some width to skull, eyes are dark and well placed exuding a lively expression, chest down to elbow with slight tuck up and firm topline, a vigorous yet accurate mover with good head and tail carriage 2 and RBD Kirkwoods Schnaubern Draco Star At Yolstek 22 mth black slightly taller than the winner but with great head proportions, good width to skull with narrow foreface and blunt muzzle, I loved his ear set and carriage giving a very alert expression, he stands true in front with strong pasterns and rounded feet, shoulders are laid and body is lithe with good muscle tone. In profile he moves out with a lively gait but not quite the accuracy in front.

PB (1) 1 RBB and BP Pilisi- Kocos Ude At Zaydah a gorgeous and most promising youngster so full of character, she has along narrow head with high set mobile ears and a lovely eye and expression, clean neck of moderate length into an almost square body and moderate hind angulation. She can still come together on the move but she has the required briskness and certainly the confidence to make her a contender for higher honours once she matures, I liked her a lot.

PGB (1) 1 Johns Breezelyn Ears A Top Tip At Alepenkye 4 yrs old and in good coat, pleasing head with dark eye and well set tipped ears, prominent withers and a good spring of rib, for legs straight to rounded feet and correct level top line, light on her feet and moving out briskly but head carriage was rather low which spoilt her shape a little.
I thought this was a good class of females but where movement really dictated the placings, my winner being the soundest of most forward going of the 3 OB (3) 1 and BB, BOB Johns Breezelyn Ears A Breakthrou For Alepenkye, I’ve loved this girl since she was a puppy and today she was on top form, excellent head, utterly feminine with dark oval expressive eye and high set well used ears, clean neck of medium length into well laid shoulders and prominent withers, lithe and muscular body with short loin and level topline to high set tail. She looked just a fraction straight behind today but it all came together on the move displaying energetic short strides and holding her shape with good head carriage. 2 Evans Zaydah I Kissed The Teacher 3 yr grey with a good square outline, attractive head with width to skull and narrow fore face with good nose pigment, enough lay of shoulder and moderately angulated in the rear, she makes a smart outline on the stack. Not really cooperating with a change of handler who moved her to begin with but once she settled she moved out briskly with animation and correct tail carriage
