Thank you to the exhibitors for your entries and allowing me the privilege of judging your beautiful dogs. It was good to see so many dogs in full coat, something that has been lacking.  Very pleased with the strong Open classes.

Two very promising puppies.

1st: 6954 CLARKE, Mrs Pauline Mitapip Special Edition at Poltomic

10  month ruby with excellent pigment. lovely head with correct dome and good rise to skull. dark eyes ,correct ear nose and eye placement. good cushioning and close fitting lips all giving desired soft expression. good length and width of rib well constructed front and rear, in good coat for age. moved well covering the ground with ease. BEST PUPPY
2nd: 6977 SMITH, Mr Stephen & SMITH, Mrs Gillian Justacharma Just Magical

11 month well pigmented blenheim. good head with dark eye and gentle expression, well constructed front and rear, good depth and width of rib, cobby shape,well muscled for age. moved well . not quite the dome of first place at the moment.

blenheim with lovely outline, good head with dark eye and nose ,well set ears, good cushioning and close fitting lips, all giving soft expression. well constructed front with straight legs and good bone, good width and depth of rib and correct length of loin. correct rear construction . with good length of coat and correct chestnut colouring. well muscled , moved well and covered the ground with drive.

2nd: 6945 BAILEY, Mrs Dorothy May & BAILEY, Mr Derrick Aldoricka The Hustler

lighter marked blenheim, not as mature as the first place dog. good head with dark eye and nose and correct placement , well cushioned cheeks and well finished lips all giving pleasing expression. well constructed and in good coat not as confident on the move as first place dog.

1st: 6980 TONNER, MR A.K. & TONNER, MRS S M HEADRA'S LEO at HALBINSEL
20 month blenheim, lacking a little in maturity. stood alone in the class but acquitted himself well. pleasing head and expression, medium length of neck, good length of rib and short loin. good front and rear moved well.

beautifully presented and well schooled tri-colour. well domed head with dark eye and nose pigment. correct cushioning and good finish to face, all giving the desired soft expression. correct length of neck , good length and depth of rib and short loin. well constructed front with good bone and straight legs. correct rear construction and in good coat. well muscled and consequently moved round the ring with drive.

lovely black and tan with excellent pigment. good head with correct dome and soft facial expression. well constructed and in good coat , never stopped wagging his tail. rather exuberant on the move.

headed a strong class, could have easily given out several first places. 

just fell in love with this boy, beautiful big head, super dome with good rise to skull, correct ear, nose and eye placement with good pigment, well cushioned cheeks and close fitting lips , all giving a beautiful melting expression. medium length neck, well laid shoulders, good length and depth of rib, short loin. straight front legs with good bone. correct rear construction . in excellent coat, just flowed around the ring with good drive, maintaining a level topline.  ticked all the boxes and more for me today. delighted to award him the CC and Best Of Breed

2nd: 6982 TUESLEY, Mrs Marilyn Am Ch Marsward My Masterpiece

super ruby ,good head with correct dome, dark eye and nose ,well placed ears , good cushioning and correct finish to face , soft expression. good medium length of neck, well laid shoulders and straight front with good bone. good length,width and depth of rib and short loin. corresponding rear angulation, in full coat of beautiful colour, motored round the ring, close decision , very pleased to award him the Res. CC

10 year old ruby, an old favourite of mine, good head and espression and well constructed, out of coat today and not as confident on the move as first place but obviously enjoying his day out, his tail never stopped wagging.

pretty little black and tan with sweet head and expression , well constructed but not as confident on the move or as mature as first place.

tri-colour puppy, lost out on maturity to the first place, pretty head with sweet expression, wll constructed but a little unsettled on the move, just needs time.

well presented tri-colour with good clean outline. well domed head, dark eye, correct eye,ear and nose placement, well cushioned and good finish to face, sweet expression. good length of neck , correct shoulder placement and straight front legs, well boned. good length and depth of rib with short loin. corresponding good rear angulation, moved with drive, just needs a little more coat to complete the picture.

lighter marked tri-colour, good head and expression, well constructed throughout, not as confident as first place on the move.

mature, feminine , black and tan, headed a strong class. unusual these days to see a bitch in such full coat. lovely head with correct dome, good ear,eye and nose placement. well cushioned cheeks with closely fitted lips giving good finish to face. super soft femine expression. correct length of neck, good shoulder placement with straight front. well boned. good depth, width and length of rib, short loin and good rear construction, all giving correct cobby shape. great mover with drive from the rear. Very pleased to award her the CC.

lovely tri-colour, good dome, correct ear,eye and nose placement, good cushioning and correct finish to face, dark eye completeing the picture and giving a soft expression, good length of neck and well laid shoulder, good straight front , well boned. good  length and depth of rib, well constructed rear, in good coat and moved well. close decision, pleased to award her the RCC.

lovely old tri-colour, enjoying her day out, never stopped wagging her tail. at 8 years old she is in good condition, good head with nice dome, dark eyes , good cushioning, and good pigment giving sweet expression. good neck length and lay of shoulder, well boned, straight front and good ribs, well angulated at rear, moved well.
