I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge at their friendly, well run show and to my ring stewards for all their help keeping everything running smoothly.  Nice size rings with a good covered area and a lovely friendly atmosphere in and around the ring, which made the day very enjoyable.  I would also like to thank the exhibitors for bringing their quality dogs under me and accepting my decisions with good grace. All dogs present had the correct double dewclaws, which is a requirement of this breed and all were well presented and had superb temperaments. 

Special Beginners Dog/Bitch (1 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 3460 Miss A DANDRIDGE -  BEAUKITA'S HYDE PARK.  2 year old Black and Tan bitch. Pretty eye catching young girl with lovely feminine head and with a kind expression. Correct dark oval eye, ear set and bite. Ok for bone with nice feet and tail set. Good body proportions and angulations, giving a nice outline.  Moved well with smooth gait.  Handled and presented well.  BEST SPECIAL BEGINNERS 

Puppy Dog/Bitch -  NO ENTRIES

Junior Dog/Bitch -  NO ENTRIES

Post Graduate Dog/Bitch -  (3 Entries) Abs: 1
1st: 3463 Mrs F MARKS -  PEBBLEENA'S WEDNESDAY  - 20 months Tricolour (Harlequin) bitch.  Maturing nicely and in good condition.  Nice feminine well proportioned head with correct eye shape and bite.  Good coat texture and tail set. Well balanced body with good angulations and well muscled, lovely side profile, who moved well round the ring.  RESERVE BEST BITCH.

2nd: 3466 Mrs F WHITE  - OVERHILLS DOUBLE TROUBLE FOR BEAUCEANTO  5 year old Black and Tan dog. Masculine head with kind expression and nice dark oval eye and ear set.  Good depth of chest with good angulation front and rear and length of body. With good bone and correct feet and lovely rich tan markings.  Moved well but preferred overall look of 1.

Limit Dog/Bitch (1 Entries) Abs: 0
1st:3461 Mrs K HARRELL, & Miss A BRANCHFLOWER - TITAN DES RAMPARTS CASTELS (IMP FR) – 2 and half year old Black and Tan dog.  Lovely maturing dog full of type and presented in good hard condition with a well proportion masculine head, dark oval eye and good ear set and bite. Strong neck, good depth of chest, top line and correct tail carriage with correct coarse coat texture.  Well balanced with moderate angulations with plenty of bone and good shaped feet. giving him good reach and drive with superb movement on the move.  Was delighted to award him BEST DOG AND BEST OF BREED

Open Dog/Bitch (1 Entries) Abs: 0 
1st:3462 Mrs K HARRELL, & Miss A BRANCHFLOWER -  BEAUKITA'S MCCRORY PARK  3 year old Black and Tan full of type quality bitch.  Nice proportioned feminine head with alert expression, correct dark oval eye and ear set. Good depth of chest, nice neck, spring of rib and correct top line, giving a pleasing outline.  Correct top line and tail carriage with lovely coarse coat texture. Well balanced with plenty of bone.  Moved freely round the ring, well presented and handled. Just missed out on top award today but it was close.  Was delighted to award her BEST BITCH AND BEST OPPOSITE SEX

Veteran Dog/Bitch (1 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 3465 Mrs F WHITE - OVERHILLS THE MIDAS TOUCH FOR BEAUCEANTO  9 year old Black and Tan dog.  Handsome boy, who defied his veteran status as he moved round the ring. With a well proportion masculine head with correct expression, dark oval eye, good ear set and scissor bite.  Well proportioned with good angulations front and rear and length of body, giving a lovely profile.  With good bone, correct feet, top line and tail carriage. Correct coarse coat texture and tan markings. A credit to his owner.   BEST VETERAN AND RESERVE BEST DOG.
